Jeffcom 911 is located on Washington State’s beautiful Olympic Peninsula in the small city of Port Hadlock. We are co-located with the Jefferson County Sheriffs Office, the Jefferson County Jail and Jefferson County Emergency Management.

Jeffcom 911 is an independent agency that is governed by an Administrative Board. When fully staffed, the core of the agency is its twelve fulltime Communications Officers and Communications Supervisors, supplemented by part-time Communications Officers. Operations are supported by two Information Technology staff and one each in Records, Finance and Administration.

We truly are the home of the “First, First Responders”.
