WHAT WE SPECIALIZE IN
Jeffcom 911 Communications is located on the beautiful Olympic Peninsula in Port Hadlock, Washington. We are co-located with the Jefferson County Sheriffs Office, the Jefferson County Jail and Jefferson County Dept of Emergency Management.
Jeffcom 911 is an independent agency that is governed by an Administrative Board. When fully staffed, the core of the agency is its twelve fulltime Communications Officers and Communications Supervisors, supplemented by part-time Communications Officers. Operations are supported by two Information Technology staff and one each in Records, Finance and Administration.
We truly are the home of the “First, First Responders”.
CALLING 911
911 is for emergencies only. Text-to-911 is active in all of Washington State. Jeffcom has a 24-hour non-emergency line, but some urgent issues are handled by another agency and not by calling Jeffcom.

SERVICES
We provide emergency dispatching services to all of Jefferson County. We serve the public of Jefferson County as well as the following agencies:
- Jefferson County Sheriff’s Office
- Port Townsend Police Department
- East Jefferson Fire Rescue
- Brinnon Fire Department
- Quilcene Fire Rescue
- Discovery Bay Volunteer Fire & Rescue
We also work in conjunction with Jefferson County Department of Emergency Management.
